General Information

The council’s grant award scheme provides funding for specific activities or projects which Members consider will be of benefit to residents of Madeley, Madeley Heath, Leycett and Onneley.   All applications must be for the benefit of some or all of the Parish residents or some or all of the area.  The system aims to:

  • Help the Parish’s voluntary groups to improve their effectiveness;
  • Help to ensure the provision of services needed by the Parish’s residents via the voluntary sector;
  • Support organisations which meet the needs of people experiencing social and economic difficulties; and
  • Ensure that there is equality of access and opportunity for all Parish residents to the services and funds it provides.

The grant awarding policy, eligibility criteria and application form are provided below.  Application forms must be completed and returned to the Clerk along with all supporting information requested.
