Telford Amateur Boxing Club

Club 2000 Sport and Leisure
The club meets at Madeley Court Sports Centre Thursday evenings from 6.15pm to 9.00pm. It offers sport and leisure opportunities to people with disabilities - including (and mainly) learning disabilities.

Telford Canoe Club
Meets at Madeley Court baths at 7.30 pm winter time and at Jackfield 6pm summertime. Equipment is provided for all ages and beginners are welcome. Contact 01952 585955 or 07768 348633.
Wrekin Star Judo Club
In addition to Judo instruction, also encourages activities outside the club such as walking, bowling and ice hockey. The group currently meets at Horsehay but will shortly be moving to Telford College of Arts and Technology (T.C.A.T) Wellington. Contact: Mrs S Hill on 07746 132660.
Telford Junior Ice Hockey Club
Provides training for young players of all abilities aged between 4 -18. As well as learning the sport, there are also opportunities to play in challenge, development and league games. Madeley Sports Football Club
Madeley Sports Football Club offer places for children from 5 to 18 both boy and girls at all age ranges. The club achieved Community Charter Status in November 05. It is currently the only club to hold this award in Telford.
Madeley Sports is a club who promotes disability football, one of only 6 clubs in the west midlands area. This section of the club is called Ability Counts and has players from 6 to adult. For further details contact Will Bowen on 01952 526741

The Court Associated Swimming Club (ASC)
A local swimming club based at Madeley Court Leisure Centre. The club meets every Friday evening 7:00 pm till 10:00pm. For further details contact Head Coach, Andy Stamp, on 07980 606140.
Madeley Court Bowling Club
Meets at the Court Centre every Tuesday and Thursday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Cost - £1.65 per session and £5.00 per year for club membership. For further information contact Mrs Walford - 883885
Madeley Cricket Club
Cricket in the season and the bar and social activities all year round. Membership is by application - call in and pick up a form or telephone 585600 (evenings or weekends). The club has a Senior Citizens Bowling section which is held every Wednesday afternoon. In the winter there is Indoor Short Mat Bowling on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm. Contact Mabel Owen on 684578. Ladies Darts is every Wednesday evening.
Sutton Hill Short Mat Bowls Club
Meets at Sutton Hill Community Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Cost - £1.00 per session (includes tea and biscuits). For further information contact Mr Seymore - 583554.
Woodside Wanderers Football Club (WWFC)
Established in June 2003 the club now boasts over 130 members between the ages of 5 and 11 years. They were awarded the FA Development Club Award in 2005. Their under 10's team remained unbeaten throughout the 2007, 2008 and 2009 seasons, winning three cup finals in the process. They also represented Telford in an inter-league tournament, which they won!
